Compliance with FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) · The FDA has yet to establish guidelines and regulations regarding the manufacturing and sale of CBD products. Given the latest information, Peerless Canna believes that CBD products will be eventually regulated as dietary ingredients. Therefore, Peerless Canna Processing will operate under FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations 21CFR 11, 111, and 117 for food and dietary ingredients. ·

Adherence to the cGMP regulations will allows Peerless Canna to ensure the identity, strength, quality, and purity of its products through a rigorously controlled and documented production process. Peerless Canna will establish a strong quality management system, develop, and enforce protocols for obtaining appropriate quality raw materials, establish robust operating procedures, and put in place controls to detect and investigate any product quality deviations. This formal system of controls will prevent instances of contamination, mix-ups, deviations, failures, and errors and assures that the products meet specified quality standards.
